SANTA CLARA, CA – Christian McCaffrey and the San Francisco 49ers fought past the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday night, winning 20-10 at Levi’s Stadium.
McCaffrey scored both San Francisco touchdowns and finished the night with 201 total yards on 31 touches.
