PHOENIX – In a tournament that did not feature many show-stopping upsets, Friday’s Women’s Final Four produced a pair of thrillers.
UConn, entering 38-0 and on a 54-game win streak, was the prohibitive favorite to repeat as National Champions, but Dawn Staley and South Carolina had something to say about that.
