LONDON – Led by nine sacks, the Denver Broncos escaped past the New York Jets, 13-11, at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The game’s only touchdown came in the first quarter when Broncos quarterback Bo Nix found Nate Adkins for a 16-yard score.
Denver kicker Will Lutz’s 27-yard field goal with 5:09 remaining in the fourth quarter proved to be the difference.
