Outdueling Patrick Mahomes in a primetime thriller, Lawrence and the Jaguars remain tied atop the AFC South at 4-1.
With less than 2 minutes remaining, Jacksonville executed a 60-yard touchdown drive to send the Chiefs to 2-3.
